A collaboratively run IRC network for university computing societies to connect.

About

UniIRC began in 2007 as an ad-hoc arrangement when members of UCC and CASSA (formerly SCISSA) bridged their IRC servers in an effort to foster communication and collaboration between the clubs. Since then two more clubs have joined the network, and UniIRC has matured into an organisation of its own, comprising representatives from each of the member clubs.

We're always eager to welcome groups with similar aims into the network - if you run a university-level computing or IT club, society or student group and you'd like to get involved, get in touch. We'd love to hear from you!
